HSBC PPM program goes live on Maximo 7
The HSBC Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) program went live on 01 February, 2011 after four intensive months of hard work. Codub in partnership with Interserve plc was at the heart of a very successful implementation using Maximo 7 Service Provider.
Interserve plc, the services, maintenance and building group, won a £200 million facilities management (FM) contract with HSBC and commenced service delivery on 1 December 2009. Codub Consulting Ltd. was appointed in September 2010 to help implement the HSBC PPM strategy using Maximo as the platform. As part of the process, Codub was also involved in the business requirements gathering, documentation and data delivery.
During the intensive four months, Codub had to provide bulk data to Interserve IT for loading into Maximo as well as carry out basic user acceptance testing (UAT). The following data were delivered as part of the project:
