Codub Successfully Conducts Five-Day Training for Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) in London – October, 2023

Codub Consulting, a leading provider of training and consultancy services for the past 22 years, is pleased to announce the successful completion of a five-day training titled “Transforming the HR functions: Strategies for Operational Excellence and Business Partnering” for the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). The training, held in London from 9th to 13th October, 2023, aimed to further build the capacity of FIRS participants in key areas of HR management to achieve operational excellence.

The objective of the training was to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to enhance workplace safety, form and nurture teams, and improve organisational performance management. The sessions covered a wide range of topics, including ergonomics, risk assessment, stress management, workplace and vendor relationships, performance management tools, recruitment, managing culture, change, and talent management.

The training methodology employed by Codub Consulting was highly interactive, ensuring that knowledge was not only disseminated but accurately received and understood by the participants. Facilitators engaged participants in discussions, kept the forum open for feedback, queries, and suggestions, and supported interactive sessions with training materials and practical industry experiences. Daily feedback forms were completed by each participant to ensure that their learning objectives were being met.

The training programme included classroom technical sessions punctuated with “Ice Breakers” and “Aerobics,” providing opportunities for questions and answers. The participants responded positively to the training, with 100% indicating that they would love to attend future training sessions with Codub Consulting.
