Codub is pleased to announce the award of a National contract to provide a robust Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for Total Facilities Management Limited.
Total Facilities Management Limited (TFML) wanted a very easy to use solution that was cost effective. A fully web-based solution to negate the need to install any software on their laptops/computers was also another critical factor in choosing Maintenance Connection.. The system had to be fully hosted by the vendor outside her network (cloud services/SAAS). The CMMS solution proposed will help monitor planned and unplanned maintenance works and budget as well as keep a track of costs spent on utilities like diesel. Also, the software will be used as a mini HR solution to manage staff and will be a platform for managing her fleet of cars.
The Maintenance Connection CMMS software will help TFML serve her clients even better by preventing expensive repairs before they occur, improve the efficiency of routine maintenance tasks and prevent costly downtime. The implementation by CODUB commenced on the 1st of December 2014 and phase 1 should last no more than two (2) weeks to enable TFML to begin to reap the benefits of the solution.
